We are looking for someone with a friendly and professional personality, excellent IT skills, and a hard-working attitude, to join our client as a Part Time Administrator. This position requires excellent organizational, compliance, and communication skills, as well as some office management experience. You will be helping with general administrative duties such as drafting letters, documents, reports, and taking minutes. Additionally, you should also have the ability to manage mail, filing, archiving, and photocopying efficiently and with flexibility. On occasion, you may also be asked to order office materials and also to organise and support events.
